Right of withdrawal
Within fourteen days you have the right to return your goods without giving any reason. On the day on which you or a named third party who is not the carrier has / has taken possession of the goods, the withdrawal period is fourteen days. By means of a clear statement (e-mail or mail), you must inform me of your decision to revoke this contract. For this you can use the sample, which you can find further down on this page. Send the completed form with your information to me within the withdrawal period by e-mail or mail back.
Consequences of the revocation
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. All payments received, including the delivery costs included therein, will be refunded to you immediately as soon as I have received your cancellation form and the goods have been returned to me or proof of the return has been provided. The same means of payment that you used for the original transaction will be used for the refund, provided that we have agreed on a different means of payment. You will not be charged any fees for this payment.
From the day on which you inform me about the revocation of the contract, you have to return or hand over the goods to me within fourteen days. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.
You only have to pay for a loss of value if this is due to handling the goods in a way that is not necessary for checking the condition, quality and functionality of the goods.
